part TWO

JUNE 6–7, 2027
SUNDAY & MONDAY | 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

NEW YORK CITY | EXACT LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED

ADVANCED LEVEL
Blueprint completion or substantial K-tip experience required.
At this level, hair is no longer something you simply order. It is material you know how to evaluate, alter, combine, and construct.
Artistry develops the judgment and material control required to work with single-donor Slavic hair beyond factory limitations. Learn to invest strategically, manipulate color and texture, create original blends, encapsulate by hand and machine, and build the inventory and pricing structure to support the work.
The two-day intensive is paired with 90 days of Virtual Artistry education, allowing the theory to begin before class and the work to continue after it.

You will learn to read single-donor hair as source material, identify what it can become, and control its transformation without compromising the integrity of the fiber.

The K-Tip Blueprint (April 26–27): This 2-day hands-on intensive focuses on Part 1 of the HBE Method. This is the comprehensive fundamentals required to perform a keratin bond application safely focusing on: precision sectioning, foundational bonding, and the business framework required to build and scale a high-ticket business.

The Art of K-Tips (July 26–27): This 2-day advanced mastery class is for those ready to dive into customizations when working with single donor hair. The advanced course focuses on understanding keratin, blending and manipulating bulk textures and colors, encapsulation by hand, and with a press.

Our 2026 in-person sessions take place in Midtown Manhattan. Exact location details are sent to students upon enrollment.

Unlike large scale seminars, you will be placed in intimate, mentorship-focused cohorts designed to move you from awareness to technical refinement. You will work in small groups under HBE Educators trained by Ester, while Ester rotates through each student to provide hands-on corrections and feedback.

The virtual course teaches the HBE standards and decision-making framework. The in-person class calibrates your technique in real time and layers in business and marketing systems for scaling high-ticket K-Tip work. Your tuition includes 3 months of complimentary access to the virtual course ($2,500 value).

Each 2-day intensive is $5,000. If you attend both, the bundle is $9,000 — saving $1,000 and giving you the full roadmap to a one-client-a-day model.

Interest-free payment plans are available through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. If not approved, an in-house payment plan may be available depending on timing.

You get one month free inside our private Instagram community @HairbyEsterEdu, including advanced tutorials, live Q&As with Ester, and access to our WhatsApp global stylist network.

Bring your phone, charger, and storage space. You’ll receive a full class kit with tools and supplies. Come coachable, open, and ready to level up.

We highly recommend completing The Blueprint first. The courses are designed as a pair, and skipping the foundation may limit your results.

Coffee, breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included during class hours. Travel, accommodations, and dinner are the student’s responsibility.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to high demand.

Yes — attendees receive 15% off HBE Haus of Hair during class dates.
