This is where your transformation actually begins. Your consultation is a private, one-on-one session with Ester (or one of her personally trained specialists) a deep-dive into everything: the science, the vision,
and the investment.

Junior Specialists are personally trained under Ester’s signature artistic direction, the same standard, a different set of hands.

Application Review

Once we receive your form, our team reviews it carefully. We assess whether K-tips are the right method for your hair’s current health and structure, and confirm we can deliver the result you’re envisioning.
If you’re a candidate, you’ll receive an invitation to book your private virtual consultation. If we aren’t the right fit right now, we’ll tell you that too, because your hair’s long-term health always comes first.

It starts here. Fill out the HBE Pre-Consult Form below: a brief but thorough look at your hair history, health, lifestyle, and goals. This is not a formality. Every question exists for a reason.
We use your answers to confirm candidacy, understand your natural hair, and arrive at your consultation fully prepared. No wasted time. No guesswork.
Note: Our schedule operates on a rolling 90-day calendar. We do not maintain a waitlist. If your desired install date is more than 3 months away, hold off, we’ll give you our full attention when we can deliver on it.
Your Installation Day
Once you're booked, your appointment is typically scheduled within 2–8 weeks of your consultation and when that day comes, it's nothing like a typical salon visit. Think: curated amenities, Ester's full attention, and a transformation that's been planned down to the last bond.
