We carry extensive single donor ponytails to create custom blends in house at the time of your appointment, curating the texture and color blend precisely to your hair.

TRANSFORMATION

We take one transformation per day, by design. The experience is intentional and curated to orbit around you, allowing the work to be performed with complete attention and a level of care that elevates both the process and the final result.
A transformation performed by HBE is all inclusive, with every detail considered in advance so the experience feels complete from start to finish.
We do not believe in surprise add-ons, or gratiuity. The hair, k-tip application, cut, and styling are all included as part of our comprehensive service

What does the $250 consultation fee cover? +

The consultation fee is your first step toward your transformation — and it is fully credited toward your installation. During your private virtual consultation with Ester, you will get a complete walkthrough of the bonding science, aftercare, and a fully custom color, density, and placement strategy built around your specific goals. You leave with a personalized investment quote and a clear picture of exactly what your hair will look like.

How much does a K-tip installation cost? +

Installations with Ester typically range from $4,500 – $7,500+. Installations with one of our junior in-house stylists range from $3,000 – $4,000. Your exact investment is determined during your consultation based on your goals and complexity.

How far out do you book? +

We operate on a rolling 90-day calendar — we do not book far in advance intentionally. If your dream hair day is more than three months away, hold off on applying until you are within that window. This keeps our schedule tight and ensures every client gets our full, dedicated attention.

What happens after my consultation? +

Your installation typically takes place two to eight weeks after your consultation. We keep that window short on purpose. Color, texture, and length matching is done in-studio together so there is no guesswork — you are part of the process from start to finish.

What if I don't hear back after submitting my application? +

If you do not receive a scheduling invitation, it simply means our current cycle is at capacity or K-tips are not the right fit for your hair at this time. We review every application with care and will always be transparent about candidacy.

Why can't I just book an appointment directly? +

Because your hair deserves more than a slot on a calendar. The application allows Ester to review your hair history, lifestyle, and goals before anything else — so that by the time you sit in the chair, every decision has already been made with your specific hair in mind. K-tips are not right for everyone, and we would rather tell you that upfront than waste your time or compromise your hair health.
