Every Haus of Hair ponytail comes from a single donor. One person's hair, cut once, preserved exactly as it came off. Ester personally selects each ponytail, prepares it in our salon, and documents it before it ships or gets installed.
That matters because pooled hair, hair collected from multiple donors, or worse, from drain traps and fallen strands behaves inconsistently. You can't predict how it'll hold color, respond to heat, or blend with your natural texture. Single-donor hair can. It has one story, and you know it from the start.

Every donor is consenting and fairly compensated. The hair changes hands once or twice before it reaches our studio that's it.

We know where this hair comes from because we chose it that way. When you sit in our chair, you're wearing hair with a real story, not a supply chain.

Nothing comes into our studio that Ester hasn't personally touched, evaluated, and approved. She assesses each ponytail for texture, porosity, and quality before it ever gets listed or installed. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't come in.
That means your install isn't built from whatever was available. It's built from hair she chose, specifically because of how it will perform on a real person, in real life, wash after wash.
That's the difference between hair that looks good in photos and hair that your friends ask about six months later.
