The consultation fee is your first step toward your transformation — and it is fully credited toward your installation. During your private virtual consultation with Ester, you will get a complete walkthrough of the bonding science, aftercare, and a fully custom color, density, and placement strategy built around your specific goals. You leave with a personalized investment quote and a clear picture of exactly what your hair will look like.

Our transformation appointments are intentionally limited to one client per day. This exclusivity is central to the HBE experience, allowing us to devote our time, artistry, and undivided attention to a transformation designed entirely around you. Every detail is considered, without compromise or competing appointments. Transformation investments begin at $6,500 with Master Stylist Ester and $3,500 with a Junior Stylist.

We operate on a rolling 90-day calendar — we do not book far in advance intentionally. If your dream hair day is more than three months away, hold off on applying until you are within that window. This keeps our schedule tight and ensures every client gets our full, dedicated attention.

Your installation typically takes place two to eight weeks after your consultation. We keep that window short on purpose. Color, texture, and length matching is done in-studio together so there is no guesswork — you are part of the process from start to finish.

If you do not receive a scheduling invitation, it simply means our current cycle is at capacity or K-tips are not the right fit for your hair at this time. We review every application with care and will always be transparent about candidacy.
