During your private virtual consultation with Ester, you will get a complete walkthrough of the bonding science, aftercare, and a fully custom color, density, and placement strategy built around your specific goals. You leave with a personalized investment quote and a clear picture of exactly what your hair will look like.

Installations with Ester typically range from $4,500 – $7,500+. Installations with one of our junior in-house stylists range from $3,000 – $4,000. Your exact investment is determined during your consultation based on your goals and complexity.

We operate on a rolling 90-day calendar — we do not book far in advance intentionally. If your dream hair day is more than three months away, hold off on applying until you are within that window. This keeps our schedule tight and ensures every client gets our full, dedicated attention.

Your installation typically takes place two to eight weeks after your consultation. We keep that window short on purpose. Color, texture, and length matching is done in-studio together so there is no guesswork — you are part of the process from start to finish.

If you do not receive a scheduling invitation, it simply means our current cycle is at capacity or K-tips are not the right fit for your hair at this time. We review every application with care and will always be transparent about candidacy.
